Here is a list of things that you may want to bring to Haiti if you plan on coming:

* First aid kit
* Flashlight
* Water sanitizer and water bottle
* Mini easy open top tuna
* Protein bars
* Powdered Gatorade
* Personal hygiene items
* Crackers with high content fiber
* Nuts/dried fruits
* Gloves (heavy duty and latex)
* Masks
* Headscarf
* Sunglasses
* Boots, sneakers, and you will kick yourself (like I did) if you don’t bring sandals
* Charger
* Sleeping bag and tent
* Notebook
* Pens
* Voice recorder or camera
* Cash! Banks have yet to open and who knows when they will open in these parts
* If you’re coming in from the Dominican Republic buy gas. It is quite expensive on the streets and there are no gas stations available.

    Hope you are well, this is Corinne, Alex’s friend. A friend of mine Carlos might be calling you. He is in touch with a small company that is flying in supplies, food and water. I gave him your number and he is going to try to get the dispatcher in touch with you. Be well and careful and know we are all thinking of you and everyone.

      also tell them to email me with info. incoming calls on my us phone aren’t too hot, neither is my haiti phone number which is 36371306.
